Frank Mataska
New York University Tisch School of the ArtsFilm and CinemaFrank was born and raised in Locust Valley, New York. He came out just months before graduating valedictorian of his high school class. Frank was news editor for his school paper, served as vice president of the schools Big Brother/Big Sister organization and has encouraged many friends to join him in volunteering throughout the community. An accomplished saxophonist and pianist, Frank is studying to be a cinematographer at Tisch. He hopes that, through writing and producing documentary films, he can expose the injustices and beauties of our world. He has a great interest in LGBT and other humanitarian causes. In Franks own words: I want to dedicate my life to opening the public eye to the suffering so many ignore give voices to those that cannot cry out for help. |
